Travis and Chris Luttrell are commonly known as “The Dough Bros” – the pizza dough bros, that is! The brothers own seven Domino’s stores, located throughout Texas. They opened their first store on Halloween in 2022, in their hometown of Springtown, Texas.

“In less than two years, we have been honored to have the highest operations assessment average of any franchise with five or more stores,” said Chris. “Travis won Regional and National Supervisor of the Year, and as a team, we won a Gold Franny in our first year.”

Travis acts as chief operations officer, not only focusing on the personal growth and development of each team member, but ensuring the franchise produces high levels of customer satisfaction, follows proper protocols, and maintains cost controls. Chris holds the title of chief operating officer, supporting his brother’s day-to-day operations, and administrative teams, creating systems and developing training for their team.

Between the two, the brothers have more than 15 years of experience working with Domino’s, as they worked their way from delivery experts and customer service representatives to franchise owners. Along the way, they coined the name “The Dough Bros.”

Both brothers agree that working together has been nothing short of incredible.

“It's truly an amazing feeling to see your brother grow right in front of you, then on top of it to help make an impact on so many team members’ lives together -- that is one of the best rewards,” Travis said.

They also noted that working with each other is much less complicated than some may think.

“The easiest thing about us working together is we know we can count on each other,” said Chris. “It's like we have this telepathy. We are always on the same page with our visions and thoughts.”

The Dough Bros believe that everyone’s goal is to be a better version of who you were yesterday.

“Being able to make a difference in other people’s lives, whether it’s our families, team members, customers, or our communities is what means the most,” said Travis. “We both have always worn our hearts on our sleeves and wanted to make an impact on others. Being able to do that side by side as brothers is a blessing.”
