National FFA Officers Visit Domino’s Michigan Facilities

Domino’s and Future Farmers of America (FFA) strengthen their partnership through innovation, education and shared values.
FFA is the leader in student development in agriculture education and careers. On Aug. 20, 2025, two national officers from FFA visited Domino’s Michigan Supply Chain Center in New Boston, Michigan, and Domino’s World Resource Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to explore the company’s operations and discuss future collaboration.
Caroline Groth, FFA eastern region vice president, and Mary Schrieber, FFA central region vice president, began their day with a guided tour of Domino’s Supply Chain Center with John Prevost, the director of supply chain operations. They gained insights into Domino’s in-house supply chain operations, including dough production, packaging logistics and delivery coordination.
Following the tour, the visit continued with a pizza making crash course, guided by Brenda Pinto, Domino’s manager of operations training, and the rest of the operations training team at Domino’s headquarters. After enjoying a lunch featuring a variety of Domino’s menu items, the officers explored Domino’s Innovation Garage, where they discovered how the brand drives technological innovation.
“Visiting the Domino’s Innovation Garage is a good look into FFA’s future,” said Groth. “A constant conversation for FFA is how the organization can continue to evolve along with the technological advances, so it was nice to see how Domino’s is constantly innovating.”
The national officers then met Domino’s supply chain leadership, including Cindy Headen, executive vice president – chief supply chain officer; Carrie Ballew, vice president – chief procurement officer; and Andy James, vice president of supply chain operations, to discuss the evolving landscape of agriculture technology and Domino’s role in driving innovation. The conversation helped Domino’s leadership understand how to best support FFA students and develop a road map for the future.
Groth and Schrieber said that what stuck out to them throughout their day was the shared values between the two organizations such as customer focus, continuous improvement and community impact.
“I am grateful for the parallels between FFA and Domino’s values, like the emphasis on customer experience and innovation,” said Schriber. “These shared values help develop and deepen the partnership between FFA and Domino’s.”
Domino’s is a proud partner of FFA and the one million students it serves nationwide. By investing in the development of agriculture education, Domino’s reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth and community partnership. The visit marks another step forward in a meaningful relationship that continues to evolve with shared purpose and innovation.
