Domino’s Honors Exceptional Corporate Team Members at 23rd Annual Reppy Awards

Since 2002, Domino’s annually hosts the Reppy Awards to recognize exceptional team members who go above and beyond to embody those values.

“These awards honor passion, grit and the relentless pursuit of excellence,” shared Russell Weiner, Domino’s CEO. “These will go to individuals who don’t just talk about our values – they live them, every single day. They showcase what is means to be Hungry for MORE.”

This year, the award show took place at Domino’s World Resource Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Oct. 22. Five corporate team members received individual awards and two teams won a new “Hungry for MORE” award. Domino’s is proud to recognize the following individuals and teams in each award category:

Do the Right Thing

Myra Maldonado, Domino’s Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
Maldonado received the “Do the Right Thing” award for her hard work at Domino’s supply chain centers retraining and inspiring team members to uphold food safety standards. Maldonado leads with integrity and kindness and brings the best out of the people she works with. “She is proof that doing the right thing isn’t just a value – it is a way of life,” Weiner said.

Put People First

Dennis Sloan, Domino’s Senior Human Resources Information Systems Analyst
Sloan received Domino’s “Put People First” award for his dedication to putting people first and ensuring team members are supported any time of day. He is a trust builder, problem solver, and creates an atmosphere where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. While announcing this award, Weiner shared, “This person is the heartbeat of every team he touches. He is the one who is there day and night, making sure people are supported, that our systems run smoothly and everyone gets paid on time.”

Grow and Win Together

Eddie Hendrich, Domino’s Store Operations Support Specialist
Domino’s awarded the “Grow and Win Together” award to Hendrich for stepping into a brand-new role and creating an immense impact by securing the biggest school lunch account in the brand’s history. Hendrich is referred to as a Swiss Army knife for inspiring, fixing and supporting wherever is needed, according to several nominations. “He proves that when we grow and win together there is nothing that we can’t do,” Weiner said.

Create Inspired Solutions

Holly Kaschynyc, Domino’s Senior Manager of Development Mapping and Analysis
Kaschynyc received the “Create Inspiring Solutions” award for proactively problem solving and creating innovative solutions. She transformed Domino’s growth by leading her team to create new tools and processes to streamline efficiency. “Simply put, her work is the backbone of a lot of what we do in development. We open up more stores than anyone and we couldn’t do it without her,” Weiner said.

Champion Our Customers

Angela Yang, Domino’s Director of International Business
Domino’s awarded “Champion Our Customers” to Yang for driving growth in international markets such as China, India, Thailand and Vietnam by building partnerships, sharing best practices, mentoring future leaders, and working extraordinarily hard. “She’s got a real passion for people and the franchisees and just a relentless drive for our customers that really sets her apart. She is not just growing markets; she is growing Domino’s legacy,” Weiner said.

Hungry for MORE Team Awards

Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizza Team (U.S.)
Domino’s awarded the “Hungry for MORE” award in the U.S. to the Parmesan Stuffed Crust team for the relentless pursuit of doing something no one thought we could do and leaning into every pillar of Hungry for MORE. Through collaboration, strategy, hustle, creativity and commitment to excellence, this team delivered a product that not only won hearts but also drove sales beyond expectation. “They’re proof that when you’re Hungry for MORE, you can do MORE,” Weiner said.

The awardees include:

  • Ashley Vella, Domino’s manager of product development
  • Spencer Breidinger, Domino’s senior product development manager
  • Bobby Koke, Domino’s manager of operations innovation

The Canada Project Team (International)
For facing challenges head on, supporting franchisees, building trust, finding creative solutions and driving a turnaround that is fueling new growth making the impossible possible, Domino’s awarded “Hungry for MORE” to the Canada project team. “Their collaboration, urgency, and belief in what’s possible brought franchisees and the business together like never before,” Weiner said.

The awardees include:

  • Luis Leon, Domino’s director of international business
  • Damien Carper, Domino’s international business manager
  • Romina Amaro, Domino’s international marketing manager
  • Dave Butler, Domino’s procurement director
  • Nicole Gaydek, Domino’s manager of procurement
