2026 Worldwide Rally Awards: Honoring Excellence Across The Domino’s Brand
Every two years, Worldwide Rally brings together franchisees, team members and leaders from around the globe to celebrate accomplishments, share ideas and recognize those who have made an outstanding impact on the brand.
During the 2026 Worldwide Rally in Las Vegas, individuals and franchise organizations were recognized for their dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence. Among the highest honors presented was the Gold Franny Award, one of the most prestigious awards a Domino's franchisee can receive.
For more than 40 years, the Gold Franny Award has recognized some of the best franchisees in the Domino's system. First introduced in 1982, the award honors franchisees who demonstrate exceptional operational performance, leadership and commitment to their teams, communities and fellow franchisees.
The first Gold Franny recipients were Mack Patterson and Jeff Litmann, and the award continues to recognize an elite group of franchisees whose impact extends far beyond store performance.
Only a small percentage of Domino's franchisees qualify to receive a Gold Franny Award. Recipients are recognized not only for delivering strong service, sales and store growth, but also for embodying Domino’s values and giving back to their communities and fellow franchisees.
