Together Against Hunger: Domino’s Team Members Support Hunger Relief Efforts

Domino’s team members participated in a variety of hunger relief volunteer opportunities with local organizations, including Food Gatherers in Ann Arbor, Michigan, throughout the summer of 2025.

In a united effort to combat food insecurity across the U.S., Domino’s team members rallied together this summer, launching a wave of initiatives to help provide meals, resources and support to those facing hunger.

Food insecurity affects one in seven households in the United States, impacting nearly 47.4 million Americans. Hunger touches every community, driven by barriers that prevent too many individuals from accessing nutritious food they need to thrive. During the summer months, the challenge becomes even more urgent when families lose access to school meal programs, leaving tens of thousands of children without a reliable source of food.

At Domino’s, we believe summer should be a season of joy, not worry. Through our hunger relief giving pillar, we recognize the power of shareable food and the importance of a nourishing meal. That’s why we proudly support local organizations working to combat hunger, including food banks, summer feeding programs and urban farms.

Throughout the summer of 2025, we put commitment into action.

To kick off the summer season, Domino’s pledged $1 million over three years to No Kid Hungry –$335,000 annually from 2025 to 2027. This pledge supports efforts to reach over 30 million children with summer meals, helping to alleviate the worry that many families face when it comes to providing the next meal for their kids.

Inspired by this pledge, Domino’s extended a helping hand by making donations to a multitude of hunger relief organizations in communities surrounding our World Resource Center and corporate store markets. This support amounted to more than $150,000 donated locally, equating to over 500,000 meals. Organizations that received donations include:

  • Food Gatherers in Ann Arbor, Michigan
  • Feed More in Richmond, Virginia
  • Feeding South Florida in Pembroke Park, Florida
  • Food Bank of Eastern Michigan in Flint, Michigan
  • Gleaners Community Food Bank in Detroit, Michigan
  • Houston Food Bank in Houston, Texas
  • Kids’ Meals of Houston in Houston, Texas
  • Maryland Food Bank in Baltimore, Maryland
  • Three Square in Las Vegas, Nevada

Beyond financial support, team members at Domino’s World Resource Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, participated in an office-wide food drive, working to address the need for food donations at local hunger relief organizations. These efforts amounted to over 160 pounds of food collected throughout the summer months.

In addition, more than 60 team members packed 240 lunch bags decorated with drawings and uplifting messages for children served by Food Gatherers in Washtenaw County, Michigan. At Domino’s North Texas Supply Chain Center, more than 20 employees decorated and packed 100 lunch bags for Brother Bill’s Helping Hand in West Dallas.

“Seeing our team members roll up their sleeves and get involved this summer has been such a joy,” said Jeannette Sharp, manager of community relations at Domino’s. “This summer’s hunger relief efforts represent our collective commitment to uplifting our communities and I am so proud of everything that we have accomplished together.”

Domino’s also teamed up with the Detroit Safety Foundation and the Detroit Hispanic Development Corporation to provide weekly pizza lunches for nearly 260 children attending camps in the Detroit area throughout the summer.

Beyond donations and lunch meal prep, 64 employees rolled up their sleeves and volunteered with hunger relief and urban farms organizations across Michigan, Texas and Nevada, continuing our commitment to nourish communities and bring joy to the table.

As the seasons change, our commitment to fighting hunger remains constant throughout the year. Our ability to help nourish the communities around us fuels brighter futures and leads us further along on our mission to feed the power of possible.

Thank you to all our team members who participated!
