Domino’s Partners Foundation helps aid team members like Christopher Schuler, a delivery driver in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, in times of hardship and adversity.

Christopher Schuler had been working as a Domino’s delivery driver at a store in Chapel Hill, Tennessee, for a little more than a year when he heard about Domino’s Partners Foundation. For years, he struggled with his mental health and sought treatment on and off. The anxiety he experienced impacted his life on a daily basis and affected his ability to work. Christopher is not alone. Thousands of individuals like him struggle with mental health every day, but are unable to afford costly treatments. Domino’s Partners Foundation aims to eradicate that concern for team members.

While working his shift one day, Christopher noticed a sign about the foundation inside his store. His coworker explained the purpose of the foundation and the support it provides for team members. Domino’s Partners Foundation formed in 1986 as an independent nonprofit organization with the primary objective to provide financial assistance to Domino’s franchise and corporate team members in need. Partners is generously funded by Domino’s team members who opt to donate money through a payroll deduction program. After Christopher learned about the foundation, he decided to apply and was quickly connected to the resources and assistance he needed for his mental health. Thanks to Partners, Christopher is now able to pay for the therapy and treatment he needs.

“After I received assistance from Domino’s Partners Foundation and sought help, I have more confidence,” Christopher said. “It has helped me out a lot and I’m able to see a therapist. It really has reduced my anxiety.”

Christopher has been an advocate for other team members using Partners, as he’s given out the foundation’s phone number and encouraged team members to call.

“Domino’s Partners Foundation made the process very easy and accessible,” said Christopher. “Having a program like Partners is comforting for team members – if an emergency ever comes up, it’s nice knowing Partners is there and cares.”

Since the beginning of 2023, Partners has distributed more than $1 million to over 1,000 team members, bringing the total aid provided since 1986 to $28 million.
