Domino's Team Members Volunteering
Domino’s finance team volunteered at Food Gatherers and packed nearly 3,000 pounds of food in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on June 12, 2024.

At Domino’s, our team members understand the importance of supporting the communities in which we live, work and serve. From serving pizzas at the local Boys & Girls Club, to renovating homes with Habitat for Humanity, Domino’s corporate team members actively seek out ways to come together to give back.

Most recently, Domino’s team members volunteered at Growing Hope – a nonprofit in Ypsilanti, Michigan, that teaches the community how to grow their own nourishing food. Domino’s volunteers helped with gardening and composting tasks at Growing Hope’s urban farm – the space where they host effective and educational programming for community members. The volunteers spent their morning outside in the sunshine, while leaving a positive impact on the community!

Last month, Domino’s business resource group, BLISS (Black Leaders Innovating, Strategizing and Succeeding), encouraged team members to volunteer with Survivors Speak at their annual Juneteenth celebration. Domino’s team members executed event logistics, engaged with youth in attendance and experienced cultural displays at the event, all while promoting Survivors Speak’s mission.

“I always enjoy volunteering with my fellow Dominoids – it gives you an opportunity to get to know your coworkers outside of work, over a shared experience and passion,” said Justin Latham, Domino’s technical delivery manager and BLISS chair. “Volunteering gives you a new perspective on the community and I’ve learned a lot through my time giving back.”

As a pizza company with the ability to feed the community, Domino’s team members are often inclined to volunteer at local food banks. In Texas, Domino’s human resources team members recently volunteered at Houston Food Bank, where they built boxes for meals that were delivered to over 5,000 local seniors. In Ann Arbor, Michigan, members from Domino’s finance team volunteered at Food Gatherers and packed nearly 3,000 pounds of food!

“In addition to providing support to organizations across the country, we always encourage our team members to volunteer,” said Jeannette Sharp, Domino’s community relations manager. “We strive to be a responsible neighbor, and we appreciate our team members who are so eager to take a hands-on approach and volunteer.”

We are proud to highlight just a few of the many Domino’s teams who have volunteered this year to help our communities thrive. As we continue to grow as a company, we aim to grow our impact on local communities and remain a positive force for change.
