Domino's Customers Raise More Than $19.6 Million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

In May of 2024, Domino’s, together with its franchisees, pledged to reach a fundraising total of $300 million by 2034 to benefit the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. This commitment will help ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.

To support their ongoing commitment, Domino's franchisees, team members and customers across the U.S. raised an all-time high of more than $19 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in 2025 through three key efforts: the St. Jude Thanks and Giving®campaign, customer roundup donations, and the St. Jude Walk.

Customer Roundup Donations

To kick off the year, from Jan. 6-Oct. 12, 2025, Domino’s gave customers the option to round up their order total and donate to St. Jude. Generous customers across the nation opted in to round up and collectively generated more than $8.6 million in donations for the patients of St. Jude. Every dollar makes a difference and donations from our generous donors allows St. Jude the freedom to focus on what matters most – saving kids regardless of their financial situation.

Throughout the fundraising opportunity, Domino’s in San Rafael raised about $6,000 for St. Jude, earning recognition for the highest fundraising store during the campaign.

Mathew Meckley, director of operations for San Rafael Domino’s franchise owner Frank Ferdows, shared that the store’s heavy focus on supporting St. Jude began with earlier team members who passed the tradition on and it has now become a fundamental part of their stores training.

“Overall, the success of the team was the initiative of management uniting the crew behind one purpose, supporting St. Jude, and later in the year creating a challenge driving team member engagement,” said Meckley. “Those good practices are still in place today. It showcases that we can make a difference together!”

Customer roundup donations gear up Domino’s team members and customers for the St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign as well as the St. Jude Walk in the later half of the year.

“Honestly, our store team members are passionate about supporting St. Jude, but I think their drive also stemmed from the love of challenge and the reward of St. Jude pins during the St. Jude Thanks and Giving®campaign,” said Meckley. “During that time our team members earn special enamel St. Jude pins when they raise $20 in one day. When our team members receive them, they wear them with excitement, and tend to get competitive and boast to other coworkers. While the competition helps fuel participation, the mission really keeps us going.”

St. Jude Thanks and Giving® Campaign

Domino’s St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign was a driving force in donations, raising more than $10.5 million between Oct. 13, 2025- Jan. 4, 2026, through Domino’s St. Jude Giving Combo, add-on donations and roundups.

After the campaign, New Jersey franchisee Bill Dunn was named the top Domino’s franchisee in the nation for the highest average dollars raised per store. Between his five New Jersey stores, he raised more than $80,000 to support St. Jude.

“I was especially drawn to the need for supporting St. Jude when my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer,” Dunn said. “When we initially started supporting St. Jude in 2004, everything with my father happened and then several other team members in our franchise were being affected or touched by the disease, and we realized we needed to make an impact.”

Dunn attributes this year’s outstanding fundraising success to his passionate team, community-focused approach, generous community, and Dunn’s franchise business partner, Ana Carina Rodriguez. She led the fundraising charge and amplified ways to engage with the community through casino nights, poker games, promotions, and even bake sales!

“Ana really pushed the efforts this year,” Dunn said. “She created leaderboards, raffles, and promotions in each store, which motivated our teams and made the campaign fun and competitive in the best way.”

St. Jude Walk

Domino’s franchisees, team members, friends and family raised more than $511,000 through St. Jude Walk events across the country in 2025, raising over $165,000 more when compared to 2024.

“What inspires me most to be part of the St. Jude Walk every year is the mission. The fact that families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food is just incredible,” said Ommid Ferdows, Domino’s franchise owner and team captain of So-Cal/Team Fenix. “As a parent, that hits me hard. I can’t imagine going through something like that and also worrying about money. Knowing that what we do truly helps ease that burden makes it very personal for me.”

In 2025, So-Cal/Team Fenix raised more than $112,000 to support St. Jude patients, earning recognition as the highest Domino’s fundraising team in the nation during the walk.

“Team So-Cal/Team Fenix has led in Walk donations every single year since we started participating … and we’re not planning to slow down anytime soon,” said Ferdows.

With 185 walk participants registered to his team, Ferdows shared that he recruits participants by focusing on sharing the “why.” Ferdows’ family, team and friends achieve this by talking about the fundraising impact, sharing stories, and leading by example. He also has various initiatives to incentivize the team and help drive donations.

“Every year, I personally offer a matching donation to help double the impact of every dollar raised, which really energizes the team and pushes us to go even bigger,” Ferdows said. “Once people understand the mission and feel the excitement around it, they genuinely want to be involved.”

Ferdows believes the fundraising success is due to teamwork.

“Honestly, I have to give all the credit to my incredible team, friends, family and business partner Dan,” he said. “I couldn’t do any of this without them.”

Although each fundraising opportunity varies, and franchisees employ a range of methods, one thing remains consistent: their passion and drive to make a meaningful impact for the patients of St. Jude.
