Congratulations to the 2025 Gold Franny Award Recipients
Each year, Domino’s celebrates the epitome of franchise excellence through its Gold Franny Awards, the most prestigious honor bestowed upon a Domino’s franchisee. This award recognizes franchise owners who serve as true brand ambassadors, give back to their communities in meaningful ways and lend a helping hand to their fellow franchisees.
Gold Franny recipients join an elite group within about 750 franchise owners across the United States. Selection is based on several key factors, including operational audit scores, community involvement, store safety and security, and team member morale.
“I cannot think of a more deserving group than our Gold Franny Award recipients,” said Debbie Sweeney, Domino’s senior vice president of franchise relations and system engagement. “Each winner exemplifies the dedication, hard work and community involvement that make them incredible assets to the brand.”
The Gold Franny Awards reflect Domino’s commitment to fostering growth and development among its franchisees and their team members, with more than 95% of U.S. franchise owners having started as part-time delivery drivers or pizza makers.
