A Slice of Joy: A Weekly Domino’s Tradition Builds Confidence and Connection

Noah Edwards is a longtime Domino’s fan – so much so, that it has become part of his weekly tradition. He loves using Domino’s Tracker to see the status of his order and track it each step of the way!

For one Florida family, a large pepperoni pizza from Domino’s is more than just a favorite dinner—it’s a weekly tradition filled with joy, confidence and connection, especially for their son Noah, who has Down syndrome.

“He looks forward to his Domino’s pizza all week,” said Jessica Edwards, Noah’s mother. "It's not just food for him—it’s comfort, excitement and something he earns and celebrates. If it were up to him, he’d eat it every day!”

Their Domino’s story began in Georgia, where their neighborhood store team quickly got to know him by name. Noah didn’t just pick up pizza, he made friends. Every visit became an opportunity for high fives, smiles and a sense of belonging. When the family relocated to Florida, those cherished memories came with them—and so did their weekly pizza tradition.

Now, at their new local Domino’s, the experience continues to be just as meaningful.

“He insists on going inside to pick up his pizza himself,” said Jessica. “Watching him confidently walk in, carry out his pizza and Sprite, and feel that sense of pride and independence is absolutely priceless.”

Beyond the delicious pizza, Domino’s Rewards and the beloved Domino’s Tracker® have become a huge part of Noah’s routine. As a visual learner, tracking his rewards and watching the status bar fill up step by step from prep, bake, to quality check is an exciting part of the journey.

“It’s honestly just as fun for him as the pizza itself,” said Jessica. “He’s so engaged with it, and it helps him set goals and understand progress in a way that really clicks.”

The connection to Domino’s runs even deeper for the family. Growing up in Troy, Michigan, Noah’s mom fondly remembers visiting Domino’s Farms and developing her own love for the brand. Now, seeing her son find that same sense of joy in Domino’s is something she cherishes deeply.

“I never imagined that a pizza place could make such a difference in my child’s life,” said Jessica. "But from the teams in Georgia to the team here in Florida, Domino’s has given him more than great food. It’s given him confidence, routine, and a community that sees and celebrates him.”

For this family, Domino’s delivers more than just pizza—it delivers meaningful moments, week after week.
