While many may not see a high school job as a long-term opportunity, Jessie knew Domino’s would be part of her future.

“Even when I was getting letters from colleges, I just knew Domino’s was where I wanted to be,” said Work. “I didn’t know exactly what it would look like yet, I just knew this was going to be something big in my life.”

Work actively took on additional responsibilities that helped her deepen her understanding of store operations. Each new position built her confidence as she continued to grow and step into new roles.

“I’ve worn almost every hat,” Work said. “I’ve been a customer service representative, driver, shift leader, assistant manager and general manager. Every role helped shape who I am as a leader today.”

While serving as a general manager, Work realized she was ready to pursue store ownership, a milestone she had been aspiring to for years. In 2020, that dream became a reality when she and her husband, Cory, made the bold decision to sell their home to invest in a Domino’s store.

“You can always buy another house, but you don’t always get the chance to buy a Domino’s,” Work said.

Determined to do things the right way, Work leaned on the guidance and partnership of franchisee Allan Erwin, who owned the store she worked in. Over the years, he was a steady supporter who became a mentor she deeply values.

“What really separated Jessie for me was when she came to me not just saying she wanted to franchise, but showing me exactly how she was going to do it,” said Erwin. “In nearly 20 years, I hadn’t seen that. She had a real plan, backed by smart decisions she had made on her own, including investing in real estate at a young age. We worked with her to develop a store in an area that made sense for her family, and from day one, we knew the execution would be there. She leads with accountability and positivity in a way that you just can’t teach.”

Together, they identified Belle Fourche, South Dakota, as the ideal location. Work embraced the opportunity and stepped into her current role as Erwin’s operating partner and director of operations, running the store with both independence and strong support from his franchise team.

What sets Work apart as a leader is her presence. She is in the store every day, building relationships with team members and customers alike. She combines Domino’s training tools with hands-on coaching, ensuring her team feels supported, challenged and valued. She creates a culture that feels personal, positive and empowering.

Her people-first approach extends beyond the store, as Work is deeply invested in the Belle Fourche community. She and her husband support local schools and youth sports and regularly organize fundraisers and pizza donations for nearby causes. Work believes Domino’s should be more than just a place to order pizza. Her store is a trusted community partner, and she is proud to be known locally as “the Domino’s girl.”

“Jessie embodies the spirit of Domino’s through her consistency, high standards and deep commitment to her people,” said Gwyn Geiman, director of training for Erwin’s franchise. “She runs an excellent operation, but what truly sets her apart is how intentionally she develops her team. She understands each individual, places them where they can thrive and invests the time and energy to help them get there. She expects a lot and gives just as much in return, leading with both kindness and determination.”

Outside of her role as “the Domino’s girl,” Work is known as a mom to her two young children, from whom she draws daily inspiration. She is especially inspired by her oldest son, Ayven, who is autistic, nonverbal and has alopecia. She credits him as her greatest motivation, pushing her to pursue big goals and reminding others that anything is possible.

“My children are my biggest inspiration, and I’ve also been deeply influenced by the people at Domino’s who took the time to mentor me and challenge me,” Work said. “Their belief in me helped give me the confidence to take so many leaps.”

Work’s story is far from over. With a goal of owning multiple stores and continuing to grow within the Domino’s system, she remains focused on learning, improving and giving back. Her journey is a powerful example of what is possible at Domino’s—we all start somewhere.

On April 15, 112 Domino’s stores throughout Michigan – including both franchise‑owned and corporate‑owned locations – will participate in a one‑day fundraising initiative for local police, fire, and EMS teams so they may purchase Carter Kits, sensory toolkits designed to help first responders better support individuals with autism and other sensory sensitivities during emergency situations.

The fundraiser represents a coordinated effort across the Michigan Domino’s market, bringing together franchise owners, corporate store teams and local leadership with a shared goal: supporting first responders with practical tools that can make a meaningful difference during high‑stress interactions.

Carter Kits include items such as noise‑reducing headphones, fidget tools, visual communication cards and other calming resources. These tools are intended to help first responders create safer, more supportive environments when interacting with neurodiverse children and individuals – particularly in moments where communication barriers or sensory overload can escalate an already stressful situation.

In addition to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, Carter Kits help first responders approach complex situations with greater understanding, clarity, and confidence, strengthening trust between emergency personnel and the communities they serve.

“Across Michigan, our store teams and franchisees are deeply connected to the communities they serve,” said Aaron Dolkowski, Michigan Domino’s franchisee. “This fundraiser reflects a shared commitment to supporting first responders while also helping families and individuals who benefit from greater understanding and sensory‑informed care.”

Participating stores span communities throughout Metro Detroit, Southeast Michigan, West Michigan, Mid‑Michigan, and the Upper Peninsula, highlighting the scale and reach of the effort.

“Autism Acceptance Month is an opportunity for us to show up together,” said Dolkowski. “Whether it’s through our own families, our employees or the people we serve every day, this issue touches many lives. Supporting Carter Kits allows us to help first responders in a very tangible way, right here in our communities.”

The initiative aligns with the brand’s broader commitment to local involvement and community support, with a focus on programs that provide real‑world solutions. By working across ownership models and geographic regions, the Michigan Domino’s market is aiming to create lasting impact beyond a single day.

To support the Autism Acceptance Month fundraiser, customers can place their order at dominos.com on April 15.

With his most recent store opening earlier this year in Texas, Bailey hit the milestone of being a franchise owner of 160 stores spanning across five states: Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.

After earning his electrical engineering degree in 1985 from DeVry Institute of Technology, while looking for what he described as "a real job,” he started delivering pizzas for Domino’s in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Just 58 days after he started as a driver, Bailey was promoted to manager of Alamogordo Domino’s.

“I always say, ‘It’s not rocket science’ – although that’s what I was envisioning for my career!” Bailey shared. “Domino’s is one of the few brands where someone can start at in an entry level job at the store and build an incredible career through hard work, leadership and determination.”

Building the Largest Domino’s Franchise in the U.S.

Bailey quickly advanced within the brand and gained hands-on experience building and running stores from the ground up. This led him to owning his first Domino’s store in 1988, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. By 1999, he was debt-free, owned 12 stores, and faced a pivotal decision.

“We had three choices once we hit 12 stores: sell, coast or go big … I didn’t want to sell, and I don’t like to coast, so we decided to go big,” Bailey shared.

Bailey is incredibly grateful for his family, team, franchise community, corporate partners, and the leaders who helped guide him along the way such as Zig Ziglar, Tom Monaghan, Patrick Doyle, Don Meij, and Russell Weiner.

“Success in business is rarely about one individual. It is about people coming together with a shared purpose, lifting each other up and building something bigger than themselves,” Bailey said. “When I look back over the past 40 years, the most meaningful part of the journey has not been the number of stores we operate. It has been watching thousands of team members grow into leaders, support their families and build better lives.”

People, Culture and Giving Back

Today, Bailey’s Domino’s franchise employs more than 3,000 people who operate under a shared mission statement, “Guarantee every customer is WOWed by me.” Many of his leaders such as Anthony Fish, Rob Hoff, Cyndi Tweet, Tim Erb, Scott Gates, and Callea Bogdon have spent decades supporting and growing the brand.

“Our team is everything,” Bailey said. “When our team members succeed, their families succeed, our stores succeed, and our communities succeed. That is the real engine behind our growth.”

Bailey’s franchise is guided by three core values: growth, great operations and giving back. Last year alone, Team Bailey contributed nearly $250,000 to the Domino’s Partners Foundation, setting a new foundation record. In addition to supporting the Domino’s Partners Foundation, Bailey’s franchise regularly gives back at the local level, supporting local schools, food banks and community organizations across the five states they serve.

“Giving back has always been important to Michelle and me because we believe that success carries responsibility,” Bailey said. “The opportunities we have been given in life and in business are blessings, and we believe those blessings should create opportunities to help others. When businesses and communities work together to lift people up, everyone benefits.”

Family, Faith and the Future

Michelle Bailey, Brian’s wife, plays an essential role not only in his life but also within the business. She supports multiple functions within the franchise and often jumps in to make pizzas alongside their teams during large rushes and will even stay late to help with cleaning. Within Bailey’s franchise, Michelle is affectionately known as “Mrs. Boss.”

“Her support, wisdom, and partnership have made everything we have built possible,” said Bailey.

Faith and family remain at the center of Bailey’s leadership philosophy.

“Family keeps you grounded. No matter how busy business becomes, family reminds you what truly matters,” he said. “Faith gives you perspective. It reminds you that leadership is really about serving others, treating people with respect, and trying to make a positive impact on the lives around you.”

Looking ahead, Bailey is focused on continued growth within the pizza QSR category and believes the best chapters are still ahead.

“Domino’s success story is still being written, and it is exciting to be part of that journey,” Bailey said. “We were made for more.”

To learn more about working at Domino’s, visit jobs.dominos.com.

New and Improved Tracker

At the age of 12, she voyaged to the United States with her family where they entered America’s cultural melting pot, New York.

“When she came here, she couldn’t read or write. They actually enrolled her in kindergarten at the age of 12 and my cousin said she ended up dropping out the same day because the other little kids made fun of her,” Brown said. “She spoke Italian and knew little English. Although I grew up in an Italian family, I never learned Italian and so we struggled to communicate.”

As Masco grew in age, family members would take turns staying with her. One evening when Brown volunteered to stay the night, the two were watching The Lawrence Welk Show and getting hungry, so Brown began scouring through their phone book to find a delicious place to grab some grub.

“I kid you not, I sat there calling almost every pizza place I could find and Domino’s was the only one that delivered!” she reflected. “I remember going to tell my grandmother that we were having pizza delivered and her jaw dropped to the floor. It was the funniest thing ever; she could not get over the fact that pizza was being delivered to her home. It made the whole thing so special. It’s funny how pizza can bring two people so much closer.”

The moment was never forgotten and later when Masco passed away, Brown got a Noid tattoo on her shoulder which serves as a reminder of their laughter, shared pizza memories and connection.

“I wish I would’ve spent more time with her, she was a very strong woman,” Brown shared. “At the time we were your traditional American Italian family and while we ate together as a large family and saw each other frequently for holidays, but there was little time to connect with her one on one. I am so glad I was able to spend that time with her. It made a huge difference in my life.”

Today, the Noid tattoo still sparks conversation—but for Brown, it’s more than a tattoo. It’s a reminder that one Domino’s pizza delivery turned an ordinary night into a memory she carries forever.

To order Domino’s and create pizza memories of your own, visit www.dominos.com.

Domino's Customers Raise More Than $19.6 Million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

From left to right: Yelissa Camilo, Domino’s customer service representative; Jazmin Llaverias, Domino’s assistant manager; and Ana Carina Rodriguez, Bill Dunn’s franchise business partner, hosted a bake sale at Domino’s, located at 317 21st Ave. in Paterson, New Jersey, on Oct. 24,

STORY

COMMUNITY

PEOPLE

Victoria scott

From left to right: Yelissa Camilo, Domino’s customer service representative; Jazmin Llaverias, Domino’s assistant manager; and Ana Carina Rodriguez, Bill Dunn’s franchise business partner, hosted a bake sale at Domino’s, located at 317 21st Ave. in Paterson, New Jersey, on Oct. 24, 2025, to help raise money for St. Jude.

In May of 2024, Domino’s, together with its franchisees, pledged to reach a fundraising total of $300 million by 2034 to benefit the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. This commitment will help ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.

To support their ongoing commitment, Domino's franchisees, team members and customers across the U.S. raised an all-time high of more than $19 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in 2025 through three key efforts: the St. Jude Thanks and Giving®campaign, customer roundup donations, and the St. Jude Walk.

Customer Roundup Donations

To kick off the year, from Jan. 6-Oct. 12, 2025, Domino’s gave customers the option to round up their order total and donate to St. Jude. Generous customers across the nation opted in to round up and collectively generated more than $8.6 million in donations for the patients of St. Jude. Every dollar makes a difference and donations from our generous donors allows St. Jude the freedom to focus on what matters most – saving kids regardless of their financial situation.

Throughout the fundraising opportunity, Domino’s in San Rafael raised about $6,000 for St. Jude, earning recognition for the highest fundraising store during the campaign.

Mathew Meckley, director of operations for San Rafael Domino’s franchise owner Frank Ferdows, shared that the store’s heavy focus on supporting St. Jude began with earlier team members who passed the tradition on and it has now become a fundamental part of their stores training.

“Overall, the success of the team was the initiative of management uniting the crew behind one purpose, supporting St. Jude, and later in the year creating a challenge driving team member engagement,” said Meckley. “Those good practices are still in place today. It showcases that we can make a difference together!”

Customer roundup donations gear up Domino’s team members and customers for the St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign as well as the St. Jude Walk in the later half of the year.

“Honestly, our store team members are passionate about supporting St. Jude, but I think their drive also stemmed from the love of challenge and the reward of St. Jude pins during the St. Jude Thanks and Giving®campaign,” said Meckley. “During that time our team members earn special enamel St. Jude pins when they raise $20 in one day. When our team members receive them, they wear them with excitement, and tend to get competitive and boast to other coworkers. While the competition helps fuel participation, the mission really keeps us going.”

St. Jude Thanks and Giving® Campaign

Domino’s St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign was a driving force in donations, raising more than $10.5 million between Oct. 13, 2025- Jan. 4, 2026, through Domino’s St. Jude Giving Combo, add-on donations and roundups.

After the campaign, New Jersey franchisee Bill Dunn was named the top Domino’s franchisee in the nation for the highest average dollars raised per store. Between his five New Jersey stores, he raised more than $80,000 to support St. Jude.

“I was especially drawn to the need for supporting St. Jude when my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer,” Dunn said. “When we initially started supporting St. Jude in 2004, everything with my father happened and then several other team members in our franchise were being affected or touched by the disease, and we realized we needed to make an impact.”

Dunn attributes this year’s outstanding fundraising success to his passionate team, community-focused approach, generous community, and Dunn’s franchise business partner, Ana Carina Rodriguez. She led the fundraising charge and amplified ways to engage with the community through casino nights, poker games, promotions, and even bake sales!

“Ana really pushed the efforts this year,” Dunn said. “She created leaderboards, raffles, and promotions in each store, which motivated our teams and made the campaign fun and competitive in the best way.”

St. Jude Walk

Domino’s franchisees, team members, friends and family raised more than $511,000 through St. Jude Walk events across the country in 2025, raising over $165,000 more when compared to 2024.

“What inspires me most to be part of the St. Jude Walk every year is the mission. The fact that families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food is just incredible,” said Ommid Ferdows, Domino’s franchise owner and team captain of So-Cal/Team Fenix. “As a parent, that hits me hard. I can’t imagine going through something like that and also worrying about money. Knowing that what we do truly helps ease that burden makes it very personal for me.”

In 2025, So-Cal/Team Fenix raised more than $112,000 to support St. Jude patients, earning recognition as the highest Domino’s fundraising team in the nation during the walk.

“Team So-Cal/Team Fenix has led in Walk donations every single year since we started participating … and we’re not planning to slow down anytime soon,” said Ferdows.

With 185 walk participants registered to his team, Ferdows shared that he recruits participants by focusing on sharing the “why.” Ferdows’ family, team and friends achieve this by talking about the fundraising impact, sharing stories, and leading by example. He also has various initiatives to incentivize the team and help drive donations.

“Every year, I personally offer a matching donation to help double the impact of every dollar raised, which really energizes the team and pushes us to go even bigger,” Ferdows said. “Once people understand the mission and feel the excitement around it, they genuinely want to be involved.”

Ferdows believes the fundraising success is due to teamwork.

“Honestly, I have to give all the credit to my incredible team, friends, family and business partner Dan,” he said. “I couldn’t do any of this without them.”

Although each fundraising opportunity varies, and franchisees employ a range of methods, one thing remains consistent: their passion and drive to make a meaningful impact for the patients of St. Jude.

To learn more about the Domino’s and St. Jude’s partnership, including how you can give to the lifesaving mission of St. Jude, visit biz.dominos.com/stewardship/stjude.

From Farm to Domino’s: An FFA Alumnus’ Journey Comes Full Circle

Dan Carden plays in the Flomaton High School FFA String Band in Flomaton, Alabama, in 1978.

For Dan Carden, a procurement manager at Domino’s, agriculture isn’t just part of the business – it’s personal.

Growing up in Alabama, farming was a way of life. Nearly every family maintained a garden and raised cattle, hogs or horses. Through his involvement in the National FFA Organization in high school, Carden gained hands-on experience in crop cultivation and livestock management – lessons that directly applied to daily life in his community.

“FFA gave me practical skills we used at home, but it also built confidence,” Carden recalled.

That confidence took center stage thanks to his longtime FFA advisor, McArthur “Mr. Hines” Hines. Mr. Hines, who was a passionate bluegrass fan, encouraged Carden, who played guitar at church and with his family’s gospel group, to join the FFA String Band Competition. In 1976, after winning regionals, the group advanced to the finals in Montgomery. Performing on a big stage helped Carden overcome his fear of public speaking – a skill that continues to serve him today in meetings, farm visits and industry presentations.

Today, Carden sees a clear connection between FFA’s mission and his work at Domino’s. As a procurement manager, he has visited farms across the United States, witnessing firsthand the intelligence, resilience and business acumen of agricultural professionals who keep the supply chain moving.

“At Domino’s, we recognize that everything starts with farmers,” he said. “Without their hard work, we couldn’t provide affordable pizzas to our customers.”

That appreciation is why supporting FFA remains meaningful. In 2025, Domino’s continued its presence at the National FFA Convention and funded scholarships that help students pursue their educational goals.

Looking ahead to 2026, the brand will build on that momentum – maintaining its convention presence and scholarship program while launching new initiatives, including a partnership with the Michigan FFA Foundation and expanded chapter grants in select markets. These grants will be awarded in collaboration with FFA to directly support identified chapters.

For Carden, seeing the relationship between Domino’s and FFA grow has been especially rewarding.

“Hearing from scholarship recipients about how the support impacted their education is incredible,” Carden said.

His advice to current FFA members is to develop their leadership and communication skills.

“What you learn in FFA will serve you well in the business world,” he said. “And, don’t be afraid to step on the big stage, where great thing can happen!”

During National FFA Week, Domino’s celebrates not only the next generation of agricultural leaders, but associates like Carden, whose roots continue to shape the company’s future.

Angelique Martinez, the local owner of Domino’s in Winston, hosted a free pizza school where students learned about food sources, store operations, preparation and were able to create their own personal pizzas!

“Feeding people is truly a blessing and being able to give back and inspire groups of kids is beyond rewarding,” Martinez shared.

She was inspired to host pizza school and after sharing the concept with her sister, who is a preschool teacher, it became reality. Now throughout the year, Martinez hosts different classes of all ages to teach kids about food and how following their dreams – any dream – can lead to success and happiness!

“I want to inspire kids to follow their dreams for whatever they are passionate about,” Martinez said. “I grew up thinking the only way someone is successful is by becoming a police officer, lawyer or firefighter. While these are very noble professions, I hope to teach kids that there are even more pathways in life that are also important and give you purpose. Domino’s gave me that purpose, place and pathway. So, now I host pizza school to help kids learn about food and show them that there are many routes to go in life if you follow your passion. I really hope to change the perception for the next generation so they can follow their dreams, whatever they may be, lawyer or pizza maker!”

Before the class, their teacher divided students into three groups. Each group visited three unique stations in store designed to be interactive and offer sensory learning experiences.

“When we have the kids in store, we want to make sure they are having fun with hands on learning experiences,” Martinez said. “During the first station, our store tour, we take the group into our dry storage area to explore products. Allowing them to touch closed packages and see new things is important. This is a fun safe place for them, and they might not get this opportunity anywhere else.”

The store tour also included learning about store operations and where food comes from as well as Domino’s history. At the second station, kids participated in an “Avoid the Noid Dough Toss.” This is a fun game Martinez created, where kids toss unusable dough at Domino’s archrival, the Noid. The final station was pizza making, where children learned about food safety and how to make their own pizza masterpieces.

“We have the kids line up and all wash their hands. From there they each head over to their own designated workstation, where a dough patty is waiting for them,” Martinez said. “I teach them our dough stretching techniques, and then I show them how to sauce and add toppings to the pizza. I always explain to them that it is okay if we have different processes to get to the same outcome. So, they should add sauce and toppings to their pizza however they like, because it’s their pizza! It’s so much fun! We have pizzas that range from very neatly made to crazy artwork. One fifth grader was so good, I said he should come back and see me in a few years!”

After the groups finished rotations at each station, the students gathered in the lobby, where Martinez gave them goody bags filled with Domino’s-branded items, a Junior Pizza Maker Certificate, and gift certificates for one small one-topping pizza and a 16-piece order of Bread Bites for the student and one large two-topping pizza for their parent or guardian.

About Angelique Martinez

Martinez began her journey as a two-day-a-week store opener at Domino’s in Sutherlin, Oregon in 2016. At the time she was a single mother commuting to work by bicycle. With dedication, resilience and grit she advanced within the brand. Martinez proudly owns her first Domino’s store in Winston and is dedicated to giving back.

For more information about working at Domino’s, visit jobs.dominos.com.

Chocolate Lava Cakes

Domino’s typically sells around 2.4 million pizzas on game day, about 40% more than on a normal Sunday!

Domino’s general managers across the country coach their teams to tackle high-volume days with smart hustle and integrity. Giselle Whitmire, the general manager of Domino’s in Trenton, Michigan, gears up her team for the game time rush by reminding them that preparation is their biggest competitive edge. The store, located at 3327 West Road, historically receives about 160 orders during the big game. With strategy, fully stocked ingredients and additional store employees, Trenton Domino's, like many other stores, is ahead of the game and poised to tackle the surge of orders on Sunday.

“The way we prepare for the big game is by making sure we have all of our bread sides prepped up by 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and we also make sure that all of our staff is in the store before the rush starts,” said Whitmire. “One thing that has also been really helpful is our ready-to-eat system, where we have all of our wings, which is the big thing on game day, pre-portioned and ready to go, so we are ready when the rush hits.”

Although it is one of Domino’s busiest Sundays of the year, Whitmire’s team, which recently received a five-star operations rating, still prioritizes meeting Domino’s pizza food quality standards.

“I make it very clear to my team that standards during rush are very important still,” said Whitmire. “Even when we are in a peak rush, they make sure every pizza is at standard. I always ask them to take their time and make the pizzas look good.”

Trenton Domino’s also has rich game day traditions from turning on the big game to donning face paint and team jerseys. During the rush, the team pumps up the jams and everyone locks in. To keep the team fueled up, Whitmire also provides food and incentives!

“I love to award points, and I am a big fan of getting my staff food for especially busy days,” she shared. “But the biggest thing that I use to motivate our employees is our Domino’s hall of fame wall. We have a big Domino’s pizza chain and whoever is the MVP of the day gets to wear it and have their photo put up on our wall of fame!”

Domino’s Game Day Stats:

Trenton Domino’s has a recipe for success on the biggest football Sunday of the year. Likewise, Domino’s stores across the country follow a similar recipe. Here are some fun national pizza and game day stats:

The biggest football Sunday of the year is one of Domino’s top five busiest days of the year in the U.S.

Domino’s typically sells around 2.4 million pizzas on game day – about 40% more than on a normal Sunday.

The most popular game day pizza topping is pepperoni.

During the big game in 2025, Domino’s sold enough pizzas to stretch across about 7,000 football fields.

Growing up in a difficult home environment, she often felt overlooked, like “the black sheep” of the family. Her father had passed away when she was 10, her mother was battling cancer and she was helping raise her siblings, all while trying to finish school. What she found in Domino’s was more than just a paycheck. She found family.

Bibeau started working at Domino’s as a customer service representative and worked her way up to becoming a general manager. She credits much of her early development to her first general manager, Cressa Johnson, who took her under her wing and not only taught her the business, but pushed her to become a better person. Johnson helped Bibeau finish school, get her driver’s license and she instilled the work ethic that would carry Bibeau through the next two decades.

By age 22, Bibeau became the general manager of Domino’s in Arlington, Washington. The transition was not easy, as she was suddenly leading people she had grown up working with. However, she learned quickly that leadership meant finding the balance between accountability and compassion.

Her path was not without setbacks though. During her time at the Everett, Washington, Domino’s store, she experienced one of her most challenging professional moments: receiving a one-star operations evaluation after years of five-star results. Instead of giving up, Bibeau used it as a turning point. She rebuilt her team, stopped holding on to underperformers out of fear of being short-staffed, and focused on training, communication, and standards. The result? Multiple five-star ratings and eventually a perfect 100 operations assessment in April 2025.

Bibeau’s leadership style has evolved into one defined by discipline, empathy and respect.

“My success is not me,” she said. “It’s my team, including my drivers. Without them, I wouldn’t be the GM I am today.”

Bibeau often adjusts schedules so team members can spend time with their families, remembering what it felt like to long for that kind of support when she was younger.

She credits much of her growth and guidance to her former supervisor, Joe Hausinger, who is now a Domino’s franchisee in Oregon.

“I have known Cassi for 13 years and had the honor of being her supervisor for eight of those years. When I first came in as her supervisor, it was actually Cassi who taught me so much about the brand,” Hausinger said. “Cassi is one of the hardest-working people I have ever met, and one of the most caring. That’s reflected in her store culture and in the loyalty her team has to her and to each other. Cassi doesn’t settle for less, she leads by the most important thing: example. As exciting as it was to hear her receive a 100, it was no surprise. Her dedication, attention to detail, and hard work are easily seen.”

Over her 19-year career, Bibeau has turned around underperforming stores in multiple markets, achieved seven consecutive five-star operations assessments in Arlington, Washington, and earned her franchise’s General Manager of the Year Award three times. She has also served as a trainer for new general managers and operations classes for more than five years.

Bibeau’s commitment extends far beyond Domino’s. She purchased her first home at the age of 25 and is the primary caregiver for her teenage daughter, Khloe, her autistic adult brother, and her mother. She is proof that even under intense personal responsibilities, it is possible to thrive in operations leadership if you lead with purpose, adaptability and heart.

If Bibeau could give one piece of advice to other women in operations, it would be this: “It’s okay to say you’re struggling. It’s okay to ask for help. You can have hard days and still be great at your job. You just have to keep going, not just for yourself, but for the people who are counting on you.”

Bibeau has been offered a supervisor position but chose to decline it for now, prioritizing time with her daughter after missing many moments in the past. She is committed to making up for that lost time. Still, there is no doubt that Bibeau will one day take her career to new heights, continuing to grow within the brand that has given her both family and security.

Bibeau’s story is one of resilience, transformation and unwavering dedication. She is not only an example of operational excellence, but also a testament to the strength of female leaders who turn challenges into opportunities for themselves, their teams and their communities.

Domino’s joined the agricultural education convention in 2025, for the first time in history, bringing a slice of its story to more than 60,000 students, industry professionals, and educators.

For more than eight years Domino's has championed FFA’s mission to prepare future leaders through agricultural education. The organization prepares its members for leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. The convention brought together people from all over the county to network, grow and explore strategies for transforming global growing practices.

“The national convention is a pretty amazing annual event for students and participants in FFA,” shared Hannah Richardson, Domino’s senior sustainability specialist, who was onsite at the convention. “There are ceremonies for recognizing achievements, opportunities for career development through workshops and speakers, and getting to meet with different businesses related to the agriculture system in the expo hall.”

At the convention, Domino’s corporate team members, franchisees, and store members connected with thousands of students, sharing stories, pizza, career possibilities, gift cards, and Domino’s swag.

“Recruiting future Dominoids was definitely the highlight,” said Richardson. “Our slogan, ‘There is no pizza without farmers,’ really resonated with students. It was rewarding to talk to them about how their expertise gained through participation in the FFA program could translate into many different roles across our business, from supply chain to sustainability. Seeing their excitement about those possibilities reminded me how interconnected farming and our business truly is.”

Domino’s is committed to supporting the growth of our future farmers as well as our future and current agriculture science teachers. In 2025, Domino's donated $550,000 to fund scholarship programs, work-based learning grants, sustainability curriculums, and workforce development programs aligned with FFA's Food Processing and Products career pathway. Since joining as a national sponsor in 2017, Domino's has donated more than $2.5 million to FFA.

In 2025, Domino’s also expanded its support by funding chapter grants for select local FFA chapters. Domino’s will deliver funds in early 2026 to support local leadership and agricultural education initiatives.

FFA high school seniors or FFA alumni in college can apply for Domino's-sponsored scholarships by completing the application through FFA's website by midnight on Jan. 15, 2026. Students only need to complete one application to access multiple scholarship opportunities totaling nearly $2.5 million. Winners will be informed by the FFA in late April, and the funds for the fall 2026 semester will be distributed in July.

“One thing I often hear is that if you see a former or current FFA student applying for a job, you should hire them immediately,” said Brynn Mueller, Midwest marketing coordinator for Domino’s franchisee Rodgers Mueller. “The FFA prepares students so well, by helping them learn the necessary skills that they will need to be successful in the future.”

It's a charming community in Alaska where holiday spirit lives year-round, and Domino’s has just added to that cheer by opening its first store on Santa Claus Lane! In celebration of the opening, the store’s local owner Bryan Dobb has been hosting festive events throughout December, designed to help support the community and connect with residents!

“I’m thrilled to open our doors to the North Pole community and help spread a little holiday cheer through the magic of pizza and giving back,” said Dobb.

Domino’s stores across the country are committed to giving back, and the North Pole location is no exception. Dobb also owns two Domino’s stores in Fairbanks. Those stores, along with the one in North Pole, are hosting a food drive to help fight against hunger during the holiday season. All nonperishable food collected will be donated to the Fairbanks Community Food Bank, supporting families throughout Tanana Valley.

“We want to be an active part of the North Pole community,” said Dobb. “While we’re here to make, bake and serve delicious pizza, we also want to be a restaurant that invests back into our neighborhoods.”

In the spirit of community and spreading holiday joy, Domino’s is also hosting a festive party at Santa’s Senior Center in North Pole, where senior citizens can decorate Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes together.

The store’s monthlong celebration will conclude with a grand opening celebration on Dec. 20, featuring a ribbon cutting ceremony, cheery face painting, gifts for children and magical surprises all day long!

As food insecurity continues to affect families nationwide, Domino’s franchise store teams are stepping up to make sure that no neighbor goes without a meal. Through donations, local partnerships and in-store initiatives, these franchisees are showing that pizza can be a powerful way to bring people together.

A Slice of Support in State College

In State College, Pennsylvania, franchisee Jasmine Freeland and her team at Domino’s, located at 540 Westerly Parkway, are offering a free large one-topping pizza for carryout to anyone currently using a food assistance card. Freeland’s store wanted to make a tangible impact for local families who could use a helping hand.

“We know times can be tough for many of our neighbors,” Freeland said. “If a pizza can make someone’s day a little brighter or take away the stress of one meal, then we’re doing something right.”

Feeding Food Banks in California

On the West Coast, Hovig Ayvazian and his teams in Big Bear Lake, Elk Grove, Sacramento and Carmichael, California, are donating free pizzas daily to local food banks. By providing ready-to-eat meals, Ayvazian’s stores are helping ensure that those who rely on these organizations have consistent access to food.

“When we deliver pizzas to the food banks, we see how much of an impact it makes,” Ayvazian said. “It’s not just about feeding people – it’s about showing that our community stands with them.”

This ongoing effort has strengthened relationships with local nonprofits while bringing his team closer together.

“Our team members are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves,” he said. “It’s about being there for others.”

Dinner on Us for Families in Need

Meanwhile, Dan Brumleve and his team hosted a special “Dinner on Us” event across 10 Domino’s locations in Alameda, Antioch, Martinez Oakley, Pleasant Hill, Concord and Walnut Creek, California, from Nov. 3-5. During these days, families in need were invited to enjoy a free meal – no questions asked.

Brumleve says the idea came from wanting to create moments of comfort for families facing hardship.

“We know that sharing a meal brings people together,” he explained. “For us, it’s about more than pizza – it’s about community.”

Through this, Brumleve’s team was able to donate over 1,600 pizzas, truly feeding the power of possible.

Delivering More Than Pizza

Efforts like these highlight franchisees’, as well as Domino’s, ongoing commitment to hunger relief. Addressing hunger doesn’t just fill stomachs – it supports well-being, strengthens communities and provides a sense of belonging.

Across the country, Domino’s stores have a unique ability to respond quickly in times of need. Whether it’s during local challenges or larger crises, franchisees and their team members consistently show up with care and compassion – delivering not only food, but hope.

That same spirit of generosity extends throughout the Domino’s brand. As a company, Domino’s is making a $250,000 commitment to nonprofit organizations in the communities surrounding corporate-owned stores, supply chain centers and the brand’s World Resource Center. The funds will go to food banks, pantries and other feeding programs to help provide easy, affordable access to food. Domino’s World Resource Center is also hosting a nonperishable food drive in support of Food Gatherers – a local food bank and food rescue program in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

From State College to Big Bear Lake to Elk Grove, and across every town in between, Domino’s teams continue to live out one shared mission: to deliver a difference. Because at the end of the day, every pizza made and every meal shared represents something far greater – the simple act of caring for one another.
